This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
ORA-600 [kcblasm_1] may occur on top of 10.2.0.4 and 11.1.0.7, after applying patch for
Bug 7523755, or any merge patch that contains this fix.
Changes
This problem only occurs if fix for Bug 7523755 is applied to your system.
Bug 8571015 reported on top of 10.2.0.4, and Bug 8371523 reported on top of 11.1.0.7, confirms that the problem is due to the fix of Bug 7523755.

Solution
Development has withdrawn patch for Bug:7523755 from Metalink, and are currently working at providing a new patch. (As on 26-06-09).
Please take below steps to resolve this situation:
1. Find out if patch Bug:7523755 is applied to your system:
opatch lsinventory -detail
2. Rollback the Patch for Bug:7523755 or the Merge patch, which includes the fix for the Bug:7523755.
3. Raise a Service Request to request a new patch or a merge patch, if patch is currently not
available for your platform.

DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS:

This is the same than the issue reported in bug.8371523, and the issue
happened after apply the patch for bug.7523755
This customer applied this patch. on top of 10.2.0.4 at 25-May to fix other
issue, and then this error started.
I have asked remove this patch and has been checked the ORA-600 [kcblasm_1]
dissapears.
WORKAROUND:

None other than deinstall the patch.7523755, but the customer needs this
patch installed.
